Tyson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WiL. He leads Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Portfolio Management.
Before joining WiL, he was a Financial Advisor at PwC New York, Washington DC, Tokyo, and San Jose. While there, he helped numerous multinational corporations through milestone events like IPO, M&A, Carve-outs, and new GAAP adoptions. His love for numbers began early in his career—as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities.
Tyson holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. However, his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University has helped him see beyond the numbers. He truly considers finance a form of art.
On the weekend, you’ll find him practicing his barbeque skills for family and friends.
